Cancellation Policy
At House of Cuisine, we strive to deliver the highest quality products. Orders once placed can be cancelled only if they are still in processing and not shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately at harsheefoodshuf@gmail.com or call +91-9837033669.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• You received a damaged or defective product

• You received the wrong product

• The product is missing from the package

To request a refund, please share unboxing photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery at harsheefoodshuf@gmail.com.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

No refund will be issued for:

• Opened/used products

• Customer dislike or change of mind

• Wrong address provided by customer
